As I stood up from my 20 minute sit this morning, I felt several adjustments along my spine, one in my left shoulder (that has been sore lately) and one in my right ankle. Could it be that creating spaciousness in my mind translates to spaciousness in my body?
I'm thankful for the 40 day commitment I made with our students at the 8-day intensive. 9 rounds of Alternate Nostril Breathing and 10 minutes of meditation with my mantra. Having this commitment has got me to do it most mornings this week when I otherwise would have not.
